Godrej Parkshire is scheduled to be completed on December 31, 2030, in accordance with RERA requirements. Construction will start after the project's inauguration on January 15, 2026, with on-site work starting on March 1, 2026. It will take five years to finish the project. Tenants will thereafter be able to move into these luxurious apartments.
